The iPhone finger phenomena has grown more common in the digital era, as cellphones are now widely used and indispensable tools for work, play, and communication.

The main cause of iPhone finger is the repetitive habit of using touchscreen gadgets. Users frequently perform tapping, swiping, and typing for lengthy periods of time without pauses, which strains the fingers’ tendons, muscles, and joints. Like other types of repetitive strain injuries (RSIs), such as carpal tunnel syndrome, this repeated strain can eventually cause irritation, discomfort, and even pain.
