Janhvi Kapoor might romance this star in Kayoze Irani’s film

Kayoze Irani or Sadu as we know him from Student of the Year is now all set to make his feature film directorial debut under Dharma Production. He directed his short film in Ajeeb Daastaans, Ankahi that starred Shefali Shah and Manav Kaul and won him a lot of praise. 

Last week, he was out for lunch with a Bollywood diva and if you’ve not already guessed it, she’s the lead in his first feature film. Janhvi Kapoor, who was snapped post lunch with Kayoze is all set to star as the lead in his film. The movie landed in her kitty after she had to let go of Mr. Lele with Dharma. A source revealed, “Janhvi Kapoor has been locked to play the main female lead. Janhvi and Dharma were supposed to do two films – Dostana 2 and Mr. Lele but both of them got stuck and were delayed. While Dostana 2 is undergoing a massive cast change after Dharma decided to replace Kartik Aaryan from the project, it was due to Kartik’s constant date clashes that Janhvi had to let go of Mr. Lele as well. So, Karan decided to give Janhvi Kayoze’s film instead. It’s a very strong, emotional romcom.”

Furthermore, Janhvi is speculated to romance one of the two OG students, Varun Dhawan or Sidharth Malhotra in the film and as per reports, Kayoze is inclined on roping in the latter for the role.
